Customer Follow-Up Emails With the Outbound Correspondence and Communication software, or OCC, from Kalamazoo - Reynolds, you can target specific groups of customers in your database for follow-up contact and send them professional letters and emails through seamless integration with Microsoft® Word and Outlook. You can also set up reports and letters to run and print automatically.
Another exciting feature of OCC is the ability to send instant email notifications to customers based on an event in your computer system, such as immediately notifying all customers with a particular vehicle type when a campaign or recall is issued for their vehicles. OCC also has the ability to send emails to the email addresses you have, and letters to all customers without email addresses. As you gather more and more email addresses, you can reduce paper handling and posting costs by sending emails whenever possible.

On-Line Parts Search
With the Parts Inquiry feature of Internet Business Connection (IBC), your parts customers can search for up to 72 parts at a time. The Parts Inquiry display shows the part number, a brief description of the part, and the on-hand quantity. The cut-and-paste capabilities enable your customers to enter several parts at one time, without having to type them all individually. The information from the parts inquiry is gathered from the Kalamazoo - Reynolds Application Server in real time, so when a part is sold, on-hand quantities are immediately updated.

On-Line Job Card Status
When using Internet Business Connection's Job Card Inquiry feature, your customers can see the details of their job card, including the name of the service advisor, the current status of the repair, a list of the operations, and how much it will cost. Like all other IBC functions, the information in the job card search comes directly from the Kalamazoo - Reynolds Application Server in real time. Any changes made to a job card are instantly reflected on your web page. Your customers always see up-to-date information and no manual intervention or updates are required to keep your web site current.

On-Line Reservations
Internet Business Connection's On-line Service Reservations feature gives your customers the ability to create their own reservations in your Kalamazoo - Reynolds system. IBC displays a calendar showing the dates and times available for reservations based on your dealership's hours of operation and advisor availability.

IBC creates a reservation record in the Kalamazoo - Reynolds Service Reservations software on the Kalamazoo - Reynolds Application Server and sends a confirmation email to the customer and the assigned service advisor. The On-line Service Reservation feature of IBC is available 24 hours a day and operates in real time, giving your customers the best service possible.

On-Line Vehicle History
The On-line Service History feature of Internet Business Connection (IBC) enables your customers to view the service history for each vehicle they've had serviced at your dealership, with zero site maintenance required by you. Service history, scheduled maintenance, repairs previously recommended but not done, outstanding recalls/campaigns, and basic vehicle information are displayed. Even service plans with expiration dates can be shown. All of this information adds value to the overall dealership experience for your customers.

On-Line Vehicle Search
The Vehicle Search feature of Internet Business Connection (IBC) gives your prospects the ability to search your vehicle stock from the comfort of their own home or office. All data from the vehicle search is displayed in real time. When vehicle information, such as options or pricing, is updated on the Kalamazoo - Reynolds Application Server, it is immediately reflected in any Internet inquiry. This gives your customers access to up-to-date information, with no extra effort required from your employees.

Owner Circle
Owner Circle combines the elements of Internet Business Connection into a personal web page for each customer who visits your dealership's web site. Customer and vehicle information are consolidated into a single page with the data coming from the Kalamazoo - Reynolds suite of applications.

From the Owner Circle page, customers see a list of all vehicles and drivers for their household. When a vehicle is selected, Owner Circle gives them multiple options, such as reviewing the status of a repair, making a service reservation, viewing outstanding campaigns and recommended maintenance, looking over past service recommendations, and reviewing the overall service history of that vehicle.

Vehicle Data Transfer
The Kalamazoo - Reynolds Vehicle Data Transfer service enables you to automatically have your vehicle stock data sent to third parties. Your new and used vehicle stock data is automatically collected five times per week and made available to any of the participating suppliers you choose. By updating your information frequently, Vehicle Data Transfer helps eliminate concerns that the vehicles advertised on your Internet site are outdated.

Kalamazoo - Reynolds continues to pursue partnerships for the Vehicle Data Transfer service. Send an email to the Kalamazoo - Reynolds Marketing Department to recommend potential suppliers or to obtain an up-to-date list of supplier partners.

Internet Lead Uploadpdf document
Internet Lead Upload (ILU) automatically transfers data in emails received from Internet lead generators to the Sales Prospect Control (SPC) software within minutes of receipt, requiring no additional work by dealership employees. Once records are created in SPC, newly added Internet leads appear on the Salesperson's Online Daily Work Plan, enabling your salespeople to consistently follow up with every Internet prospect. Once the Daily Work Plan is processed, the records appear in the normal flow of prospect management.

As these Internet leads are collected by your Kalamazoo - Reynolds system, ILU keeps track of the number of leads received for the current month and the current year, plus shows the date of the last lead collected by each source. The dealership can select up to 24 salespeople to receive the Internet leads, or you can evenly distribute the leads to all salespeople set up in the system.
