On-Line Parts Search
With the Parts Inquiry feature of Internet Business Connection (IBC), your parts customers can search for up to 72 parts at a time. The Parts Inquiry display shows the part number, a brief description of the part, and the on-hand quantity. The cut-and-paste capabilities enable your customers to enter several parts at one time, without having to type them all individually. The information from the parts inquiry is gathered from the Kalamazoo - Reynolds Application Server in real time, so when a part is sold, on-hand quantities are immediately updated.
Parts Stock Control
The Parts Stock Control software application provides a means for effective stock control and flexible pricing, resulting in increased profits and improved customer satisfaction. With Parts Stock Control, you will have the right part, in the right quantity, at the right time. The printed and on-screen reports available with Parts Stock Control provide you with the information you need to maximise your sales while also minimising your Stock investment.
Parts Invoicing
The Parts Invoicing software application automatically calculates totals for parts invoices and then prints these invoices. This application eliminates manually calculated invoices and reduces mistakes on invoices resulting from the wrong parts prices being written down.
Special Orders
The Special Order software application is designed to handle all of the special orders of the Parts Department. With the Special Order software, you can automatically place a part on order from the manufacturer, print notification cards to mail to customers, and easily review the status of any special order.
