Application Support Consultant
Location: Northfield, Birmingham
Job Purpose: As an Application Support Consultant, you will provide an efficient telephone support service to our customers to assist them with maximising their usage of our Dealer Management Systems (DMS). You will be required to meet agreed service levels and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Specific duties will include maintaining/updating internal support notes, maintaining a thorough understanding of product knowledge and new enhancements/programs, and providing in-depth analysis into problems where specialist knowledge is required.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to communicate clearly at all levels
- Able to solve problems quickly and thoroughly
- Reliable and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work on a team with great personal initiative
- Degree (any discipline) is desirable
- Knowledge of the Motor trade is an advantage, but not essential
