Training Officer
Location: Northfield, Birmingham
A vacancy exists within the Training department for a Training Officer working 40 hours per week. The role will be based at our Northfield office in Birmingham.
Salary: £18,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Job Purpose: The role will involve training customers on the use of our Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and delivering internal workshops to Kalamazoo-Reynolds staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering classroom training to our customers
- Coordinating and providing internet based DMS (Dealer Management System) product training
- Maintaining and updating the Computer Aided Instruction (CAI) product
- Provision of internal employee development training workshops
- Training course development
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Capacity to build rapport, and interact with people at all levels
- Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly
- Reliable and able to work under pressure
- Strong team playing skills and the ability to work alone on own initiative
- Previous training experience is desirable, but not essential
- An interest in the motor trade
Special Conditions: There may be opportunities for offsite visits with this role. A driving licence is preferred.
